Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7–20 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • OYNAILZZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned packages due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We are happy to assist where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.
