Due to the nature of our nail products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • We do not issue refunds for change of mind or improper use of products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Lost Packages

  • OYNAILZZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
